The JALSD has Identified how Screening, Identifying, Placing, Supporting, Testing and Exiting English Learners will be conducted, and our program implemented. Our district plan follows state and federal guidelines in providing service to English Learners (ELs), formerly called Limited English Proficient (LEP) students.
